Bangkok : Hello Kitty House

I finally visited Hello Kitty house after reading various posts online and I was expecting the cafe to be very busy and yes indeed when I arrived, the cafe was sooo packed with tourists. The Hello Kitty house consisted of 3 floors, in which ground and first floor used for dining while basement floor is used for souvenir/merchandise store.

Hello Kitty fans can't miss this. Hello Kitty house has many nice spot for picture taking especially if you are a Hello Kitty fan.

The whole concept is soooo pinkish ♥

Service was reasonable and we did not have to wait too long for our food =) A little pricey but well worth it since I knew I wouldn't be able to come back since I'm from Malaysia lol.

The hot chocolate have Hello Kitty art on top and the rainbow mile crepe was soooo irresistible!

The second floor was my favorite level! A spacious dining area with Hello Kitty head figure on the chairs. Cuteness overloaded tuuu!!!

This place represents the love of Kitty Lover's. All the stuff and decorations were soooo adorable. If you are a passionate Hello Kitty fan, this is the place to be!!

Review : Mary Kay Gel Semi-Matte Lipstick

First of all, I would like to thank you for the lovely birthday gift #Youknowwhoyouare =) Thank you for remembering my birthday xoxo. My friend gifted me some of Mary Kay skincare/cosmetic products on my birthday. 

I am sure that most of you out there have tried various types of lipsticks. There are several types of textures and lipstick finishes to choose, whether it's matte lipstick, satin lipstick or gloss lipstick. So today I'm going to review the latest collection of lipsticks by Mary Kay. This is Mary Kay's first full-coverage lipstick, utilizing gel microsphere technology for rich, stay-true color that lasts for hours. There are 8 colors to match your outfits → Bashful You, Rich Truffle, Mauve Moment, Powerful Pink, Always Apricot, Poppy Please, Crushed Berry & Midnight Red. Each lipstick contains moisturizing ingredients such as sunflower oil and jojoba esters to help condition the lips. I like the formulation and I’m sure you’ll find one out of the 8 shades that works well for you. Btw my friend gifted me the pinkish one.

Tadaaa!!! It's Powerful Pink x Rose Puissant lipstick. The semi-matte lipstick comes in curvy shiny black lipstick tubes with a silver decal and the cap have a clear plastic top that allows you to see the color inside.

Closer look of the Powerful Pink x Rose Puissant lipstick. As you can see, the texture on the skin is really smooth. I have pretty dry lips so I was curious to see how it would perform.

Here are the result once I put it on my lips. I feel fun and energetic in my pink matte lipstick lol. I'm not adventurous enough to try out the deep/bright color lipstick and I used to think that pinkish lipstick aren't suit for me because of the the color might clashes with my skin tone but this semi matte bold pink lipstick works well with my skin complexion. Hmm...the color very matte but not drying, it lasted on my lips for hours ( This is my favorite part ). Tbh I am amazed with the staying power. Overall the matte lips are great because it's not sticky and the texture vv comfortable. You can always check out their website for further info. My nails look FAAAAABULOUS!

Recently had a wonderful gel mani done at Maniqure. I loved gel mani because of the durability and long-lasting shine. I loved the way my gel nails looked when they were finished ♥  The colors and design match perfectly with my phone case ♥

The manicurist trims my nails, then she starts to layer a gel base, several coats of color and a gel topcoat. Between each step, the nails are immediately dry when I stick my hands under a UV lamp. Gel nails lasted for approximately a month. So if you have a bunch of events coming up back to back like wedding and vacation, gels can be the perfect solution because they last about two full weeks with no chipping. =)

Today I'm going to be reviewing a decoden shop called Wasabie's Collections ♥This is my 2nd purchase from her, and definitely won't be my last because she is insanely talented and creative. Everything in Wasabie's Collections is handmade! From resins to whipped cream. It is owned and run by Wasabie, the attentive and sweetest girl who creates all the items in her store herself. She specialize in custom order decoden phone cases  for various phone models and ready made accessories such as key chains, hairband, pluggy...etc and she really puts a lot of time, effort, and love into her work.

This is how it was all packaged. As expected, all super cute! ( Good things come in pretty packages ♥ ). It was vvvv carefully packaged and attached with a sweet note and a lovely present!

  The quality of work, attention to detail, colour scheme are vvv perfect!

Here are some close ups of my case. The lilac/pale pastel color case is exactly what I wanted. There's no flaws at all ♥ I asked her to do a Unicorn theme and she customized it better than anything I dreamed of and I was soooooo pleasantly surprised with the quality and durability of this adorable case! ♥ Seriously I squeeled like a lil girl when I opened my package and saw the case. Above and beyond what I thought I was getting. ♥♥♥ Now to the price: The decoden custom case costs me RM 56.00. Well worth the money.

I also just could not resist getting myself the decoden mini macarons storage box ( Each RM 10.00 ) from her store. Adorable is the most appropriate word I think I can use for these storage box. This 3cm diameter decoden macaron shaped storage box is perfect for storing my valuable jewelry or small accessories. =D

I am extremely satisfied with my phone case from Wasabie's Collections and I would highly recommend her store to anyone looking for a decoden case or cute accessories. Be sure to check out her work because they’re reallyyyyy amazing and the quality is 10/10! =D

Jelly Bunny?

The Thai shoe franchise, Jelly Bunny is a stylish shoes brand that offers semi-transparent material. It offers a variety of fashion products including bags, shoes and accessories. To be honest I've never been to Jelly Bunny before and never paid too much attention to this brand but now I realize what I've been missing! hahaha. I went to the outlet located in Oceanus last week and I was amazed with the stylish and trendy products.

I love lilac ( pale violet tone color ) and this tote definitely caught my eyes! ♥

I got my first gel manicure today and I'm pretty pleased with the result. This is definitely the best manicure I've ever gotten. Although their prices are slightly higher than the average price but worth to pay!

- Clean establishment and the place was spacious, very trendy Tiffany blue decor and totally relaxing.

- The customer service was the best I've ever experienced at a nail salon. The manicurist who did my nails was so friendly. They even provide tea and pamper you with warm towel. They are so meticulous and make sure that you are satisfied before you leave. 

Quality : ★★★★★

- Brand name polishes such as O.P.I, Etude House, BANDI...etc

Overall 5 stars for the service, cleanliness, environment and results.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for pedicure/manicure and an outstanding relaxing spa experience. I really appreciated the quality, the friendly staff, and the nice facility. I'll be sure to come back for more pampering! =D

PS : call ahead of time for reservations as they always seem to be packed on the weekends. =)

Hello JUNE! Hello Kitty!!!

*Blink and wink*...here we are in the middle of the year!! Time is flying and by the looks of it, it’s not slowing down anytime soon. my June calendar terrifies me a bit. It’s been filling up with good things for the past few weeks. One of the best things is my bestie is getting married and I am honored to be her bridesmaid! Congratz Ribena! Btw the weather is fickle these days. it's sunny in the morning, but it might rain in the afternoon. That’s the type of weather that will gets us sick. Be sure to drink some extra water when you're out in warm weather. =)

Yay boyfie got me a pinkish Hello Kitty shirt!!! NEVER TOO OLD TO BE YOUTHFUL! Being youthful is not about age or looks as much as it’s more so a free spirit with a happy outlook on life. Agree or not? =P To be honest, I dislike cats but this kitty character is an exception. ( Oh btw on year 2014, Sanrio revealed Hello Kitty is not a cat, she is a personification of a cat ). Everyone who knows me is already aware that I am obsessed in love with Hello Kitty. I've got hundreds of Hello Kitty stuffs but I don't remember my first encounter with Hello Kitty XD Last but not least,  May God bless us with happiness and joy which we missed in the last month. xoxo

Backpack: Yay or Nay?

So I met up with boyfie today. We headed to Suria cause I wanted to choose a pressie for my sista. I'm actually looking for a durable and comfortable bag for myself too. Eeeee...It is a daily struggle for me to carry ALL OF MY JUNK to work/shop. Most recently I've been using tote bag. One of the consequences of carrying a tote on one shoulder for longgg time will leads the side effect like shoulder becomes slightly higher than the other. This issue leads me considering a backpack. The straps add stability and provide for a more balanced posture. I spotted a lapel leather backpack at Mango store. Wow!!! This is definitely my type!!!!!! but the prices were bit exorbitant. I googled search and found that the backpack are made from 100% bovine leather. It comes with 3 diff color and I prefer the black one because it goes well with every outfit! The sand color is not bad too but it is pretty obvious when it gets dirt.

I absolutely love online shopping =D  Once I know what I want to buy for a friend or myself, I like to go online and spend a minute or two searching the web to find the item and buy it. Recently I browsing/searching thru photos on Insta, I saw something that caught my eye wasabie_dailydreamer Honestly I love handmade stuffs because someone else is using their talents to create gifts/decor that myself cannot make. =P Ohhh I must express my undying love for everything about lilac color lol. ↓

Handmade purple choker@lolita choker necklace with star pendants. Adjustable chain for any size. ( RM10 ) By now you've probably seen it on Insta, yea, the '90s choker is back! 

I was a little worried about the fit since I'm unsure about the exact size of my neck but it fits perfectly. The choker is super comfortable and vv sweet looking. It doesn't irritate my skin at all.

品牌包包

我个人喜欢Michael Kors这个品牌,，因为他的皮件质感都非常棒。虽然Michael Kors的设计一向被人说抄袭各大品牌包包，在时尚圈可谓饱受诟病。可是依然不影响它受欢迎程度。因为MK走的是中产平价路线。MK包包大多款都是纯皮，款式也很简洁，基本都是纯色款。

lil treat for myself ♛

Every girl needs to treat themselves at least once in a while =D Ok so I treated myself and bought some stuff.

My first Chanel lipstick is Rouge Coco in Mademoiselle 05. The color works vv well with my skin tone. It's vv moisturizing and I didn't find that it dried my lips out at all. However I lost it ( an excuese to get a new one lol ) so I had to buy a new one! I've been into a few Chanel outlet but none of the outlet have this lip color. The promoter told me the Mademoiselle 05 is not longer available ☹ The reinvented Rouge Coco ( new formula and colour spectrum ) is more expressive than ever. After some recommendations, I chose the Marie 430. Chanel Marie (430) Rouge Coco Lipstick is described as an “ intense red pink ” It’s a brightened, medium rosy pink with soft white shimmer and a light frosted finish. It's great for everyday wear as it's sooo natural looking. Chanel can be the best makeup brand if work well on you. Makeup is something vv individual. There can hundred people giving best reviews or feedback but the best way to find it out is by yourself. Personally my good experiences with Chanel is fragrances and cosmetics.

I also bought a sculpting brow pencil which is a perfect match for my eyebrows! What makes this so good is that it's a definite natural finish. The spolie brush on the bottom of the pencil blends it perfectly. I have a tiny bit of sparseness in my eyebrows and this solves the issue. It's kinda pricey for a brow pencil but it comes with everything I need ( sharpener & brush ) and it lasts for a ridiculously longgg time. Will buy again if I ever run out =D

Oh ya I finally got my unicorn charm! ( Now I understand why so many people are crazy over adding charms to the bracelet, it's addictive! ) I was really surprised to find the one I wanted at 1 Utama Pandora store. I love unicorn because it's a legendary creature. Unicorns are mystical & magical!!! Oops back to the topic, I always search up #pandora on Instagram to look at others' Pandora and always envy those who have the unicorn charm lol. XD I simply love my bracelet! terrible tangled hair!

My hair is always a mess lately and I'm sick of it. Every-time-I feel-like-cutting-my-hair. ✂  ✂  ✂ I go thru this feeling ALL-THE-TIME and I hate it but whenever I have the urge to chop, I try and remember the awkward part when my hair was not long enough to put up and how it was always looking like a clumsy sotong.

Btw boyfie and I visited to this Hello Kitty theme cafe ( Hostel Ceylon Cafe 36 ) https://www.facebook.com/hotelceylonpenang?fref=ts on beginning of the month. It is located at the Hutton lane, Georgetown. This café is literally Hello Kitty overload =D Comfortable environment, delicious dessert and coffee. An excellent cafe for relaxing.
